Beds and pillows in my double room were nice. And it had swimming pool view which is a plus. Location: the hotel was not far from town centre, the Hunter valley and the outskirts of town. It also was convenient to town shops. The service was excellent, the food was good...

The family room was neat and well-maintained. the inclusion of a refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave was a nice bonus. This hotel offers excellent value and is conveniently located near town shops. it's close to the center of town, food outlets, and restaurants.

The hotel was set in a central area next to the outskirts of town, restaurant and the centre of the town. The staff was pleasant and welcoming and solved our problems immediately. The spotless room was large and the bathroom was best.

The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was FAB.

My room was quiet thanks to the courteous staff. the location was central, perfect on the outskirts of town. It was right by the town center, Muswellbrook, and the Hunter Valley. I greatly enjoyed this absolutely great hotel; it did not disappoint.

The rooms were so neat and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the beds had premium bedding that made sleep feel like a dream! Plus, I loved having a laptop-friendly workspace to keep up with work. Really felt at home there.

The shower could use a door; water went everywhere, which was a hassle.

This motel is located in a very convenient area, close to famous fast foods chains and the town centre. the spacious rooms are comfortable with good hot water supply. the staff is friendly and helpful in case of medical emergencies. Ample off-street parking and easy to book with reasonably priced services.

The motel has poor soundproofing which can disturb your sleep if the occupants in the neighbouring room are noisy.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you want to explore the area, I really enjoyed it.

Friendly staff, spacious room, and great shower with hot water and water pressure. The ground-floor room made it easy for me to load/unload luggage. I appreciated the free secure WiFi, and having tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge, and microwave in the room.

Had a great time on my family vacation! The room was spacious enough for the three of us and very clean. We also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and BBQ facilities during our stay. The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants, where we found amazing local food. We appreciated the on-site parking, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff who made our visit extra enjoyable.

The hotel was let down by the poor Wi-Fi access. The technical issues with the internet made it difficult for us to stay connected.

The pool area was nice to look out to from our room and the location was great, with McDonald's just next door for breakfast. the rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in.

The customer service was terrible and the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. the building looked like it was falling apart and the location was not ideal.
